Golden VacTM glucose tube is used for blood glucose, glucose tolerance, red blood cell electrophoresis, sugar hemoglobin, etc.


Description

1.Obtain highly stable plasma for blood glucose testing.

2.Sodium Fluoride is an inhibitor of glucose deg.

3.Potassium Oxalate, EDTA Na2, and Heparin Sodium prevent blood coagulation and avoid blood hemolysis.

4.Immediately after draw, gently invert the tube 8-10 times in order to activate adequate anticoagulant.

5.Centrifugation: ≤ 1300 g (RCF) for 10 minutes at 18-25° C.
